As our Sales Consultant, you will use your sales talents to build and maintain customer relationships through a non-pressure, consultative selling process of boats, PWC, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, trailers, plows, docks, & bikes/motorcycles. These valued relationships and product offerings will create family fun & memories that last a lifetime. Every day you will use your sales abilities to help customers select the best unit for their needs; present and sell other value-added options; perform feature, function and benefit demonstrations to customers; and work with other Boomerang Marine & Sports departments to ensure customer experience is the highest quality.

• Displays passion about building relationships including following up with both current customers, internet leads, and walk-in traffic
• Delivers on the promises made to the customer
• Will work 4 weekdays and Saturdays
• Excels when working as a team
• Can lift/push/pull 50lbs on occasion to demonstrate product

Boomerang Marine & Sports, with stores in Melrose and Alexandria, MN, is a family-owned and operated marine and powersports dealership that employs approximately 25 employees. We sell and service a variety of boats, ATVs, UTVs, PWC, snowmobiles and more. Helping our customers find the right solution for their family fun outdoor recreation needs, our employees provide consultative selling, financing options, a variety of parts and accessories, and service to their equipment.

Experience:

• Boat, Trailer, & Dock Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Powersports Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
