Enzyme Research Products is a small family-owned company specializing in enzyme based nutritional supplements. Our products are formulated and produced in Oregon and sold to individuals and health care professionals all over the United States. We are mainly a mail order operation, but do have some walk in customers. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our our exceptional customer service. We can confidently say that our products have changed our customers’ lives for the better by improving their digestion and ability to assimilate nutrients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Take orders over the phone or process them through our website

· Create invoices, bill customers, pack orders and generate labels

· Monitor inventory and move products as needed from storage to office

· Create ordering projections and order product in a timely, efficient manner

· Advise customers on key health concerns as related to our products

· Coordinate office supplies

Skills:

· Good understanding of nutrition and digestion basics

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Friendly, helpful phone manner

· Ability to multi-task and problem solve

· Ability to manage time responsibly and effectively

· Comfortable with Microsoft Office and computers in general

· Basic knowledge of Quickbooks (can train)

Physical Requirements:

· Be able to lift 15 pounds

· Be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at the computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Lake Oswego, OR 97034: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
