We are recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Manager for an independent insurance agency that has been serving Sarasota and it's surrounding counties since 1956.

* Please note that an active 4-40 or 2-20 Florida insurance license is required PLUS RECENT experience with Account Management and SALES in Personal and Commercial lines of INSURANCE.

Job Type: Full-time
Monday-Friday
Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Duties include:

• Answering questions regarding coverage and premiums
• Researching any issues the customer is facing and providing resolution
• Processing payments
• Making policy changes/processing endorsements
• Reviewing incoming mail and email from customers and carriers
• Documenting all communication and activities
• Offering to quote other lines of business or rewrite current policies
