RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process

Work internet leads and inbound sales phone calls with as much attention as a lot up

Utilize technology and social media effectively to market our vehicles and communicate with prospects

Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs

Experience with and proper use of dealership CRM (ELead) to grow your customer base

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have sales experience with a proven track record

Experience with internet leads preferred

Career minded and desire to grow your customer base

Outgoing with a friendly personality, good at handling objections and connecting with customers

Possess strong communication skills on the phone, in person and when using social media

Persistent and competitive with a good work ethic

Computer literate with basic math skills

MUST have a clean driving record
