Job Description

Casalina Insurance Agency, Inc. seeks an energetic, motivated, competitive insurance agent to join our team. Our agent will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to generate new business and will also be responsible for prospecting new clients. We are looking for someone self-motivated, has a strong desire to succeed, and is willing to work hard in order to achieve your goals.

Essential Duties

• Identify and contact potential clients through various methods (cold calling, networking, etc.)to develop relationships with potential new customers.
• Build and maintain customer base through networking and other methods.
• Prospect potential new customers by contacting potential clients that may be interested in our products.
• Provide high quality customer service to current clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and activity in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain an active license with the state of the state.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Work experience required.
• At least two (2) years of experience in insurance sales preferred but not required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with prospective customers over the phone or in person at least 50% of the time.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual-Sanish or Portuguese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,440.00 - $47,000.00 per year
