The New Home Sales Specialist represents Garman Builders in one or more neighborhoods, meeting or exceeding sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include:

• Ensure an excellent customer experience by setting clear expectations and providing responsive and reliable communication throughout the buying process.
• Host open houses according to scheduled dates and times, maintaining a "grand opening" appearance in available homes.
• Maintain and in-depth knowledge of floor plans, personal choices, processes and the competitive marketplace.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and daily performance indicators, including leads, traffic, follow-up campaigns, market analysis, etc.
• Actively network in the community to generate leads and build a personal homebuyer referral base.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated people-person who is able to communicate needs-based value to prospective buyers and adapt to change as the company continues to grow. Requirements include:

• PA Real Estate License or PA Builder Sales License
• Experience in new home sales preferred
• High School degree or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Tech savvy
• Strong closing skills
• Organized and efficient, dedicated to following up and through
• Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends

Base + Commission; Potential to earn $75,000 to $120,000+ Annually
