Quality Staffing Services, Inc. is growing and hiring for sales positions immediately! We are looking for highly motivated and competitive people with 3+ years of staffing sales experience to join our team. This individual will need to possess a positive, winning attitude. We are a staffing firm that provides light industrial, skilled trades, as well as clerical support to our cliental. Bring a great attitude and work ethic and the possibilities are endless.

• Communicate effectively with potential clients and in-house staff.
• Execute- Approaching the sales process to include prospecting and cold-calling with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness by successful utilization of customer-centric selling skills and tools.
• Assist with Recruiting events as well attend networking and professional development organizations events and education seminars.
• Assist with projects and perform other administrative duties and functions as requested.
• Achieving gross profit objectives.
• Document and report all Sales Activity.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Possess the ability to connect quickly with people over the phone and in person.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of three (3) years of Sales and/or Service-related experience in the Staffing Industry.
• Creative, logical, and performance driven team member.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
