Full description of the position

The Residential HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for presenting and closing residential HVAC equipment installation sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HVAC industry, experience selling to customer in their home, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell HVAC products and services to potential customers
  • Recommend applicable equipment and accessory options by assessing their needs and budget
  • Close sales and negotiate contracts
  • Build relationships with customers and referral sources
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC products and technologies
  • Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry or another home services industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC industry preferred
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications:

  • HVAC certification
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience with in-home sales presentations

Compensation:

  • Base salary
  • Commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
