Receives inbound sales calls and makes outbound calls to customers regarding the LIFT Education Model. Responds to online inquires.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Makes outbound calls and receive inbound customer calls and follows-up by establishing sales appointments.
  • Follows up with leads who are not yet ready to make an appointment to encourage sales or digital subscriptions.
  • Respond to the internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates in a timely manner.
  • Utilize CRM and other related software to gather, track and follow-up with sales opportunities.
  • Oversees customer service duties including, but not limited to, processing orders, handling customer complaints and customer requests.
  • Acts in a friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient manner when working with all customers and employees.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Customer service skills.
  • Strong telephone skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Previous telephone or email customer service experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Customer Relations Management (CRM) usage preferred.
