Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst is focused on optimizing internal operations, improving customer acquisition/experience, and establishing a revenue driven Commercial culture. This individual assists Wego’s Commercial organization to be effective by simplifying and continuously improving sales processes and driving performance through best practices. S/he works with Sales and Marketing teams across business units and regions to align efforts, maintain technical platforms, and provide analytics. The ideal candidate has experience in Commercial operations, strong analytical skills, and a deep knowledge of the sales process.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the wider Commercial organization and other cross-functional teams to align on global best in class tools, practices, training materials, and processes to drive efficiency.
· Partner with Commercial leadership to optimize the Commercial operations process, from generating leads to customer acquisition and retention.
· Translate business requirements into innovative solutions that support reliability, availability, and security.
· Serve as subject matter expert in Commercial software tools such as SalesForce and HubSpot.
· Act as global lead on strategic projects for the Commercial Organization.
· Steer onboarding and training programs for Commercial teams of key systems and processes with HR.
· Develop systems to measure, track, and improve accuracy through audits, identify and resolve issues to support relevant and actionable data.
· Develop impactful weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs which will drive positive engagement and usage.
· Collaborate with Commercial and Finance leadership to monitor sales performance and assist with incentive compensation calculations.
· Facilitate sales forecasts and financial budget process for the Commercial organization.
· Leverage business insights and transformational leading indicators to benchmark performance metrics.
Key Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required; area of study in business or engineering is a plus, MBA a plus
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, business operations / excellence, or related function
· Extensive experience with implementation or management of CRM / GTM systems required
· Experience working with Salesforce.com – both from the user side and administrator side
· Project management experience / PMP certification is a plus
· Advanced knowledge of Demand Generation, Revenue Operations; GTM methodologies is a plus
· Strong analytical skills; strong aptitude for understanding and navigating systems and data management, and using data and analytics to improve performance
· Understand of the sales process through account management experience is a plus
· High energy, go-getter, entrepreneurial mentality
