Full description of the position

We are seeking a full time highly motivated individual for our Landscape Sales Team position. Besides sales, your responsibilities will also include customer relations and account management, managing teams, overseeing projects and profitability of the division.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales – (Driven and you love to sell!)
• Business development and account management
• Focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
• Perform field evaluations of existing systems to generate add on work and up-sales
• Work closely with other departments to ensure effective cross-selling and upselling
• Assist in the administration and billing of all departmental work
• Schedule and manage work to ensure it is completed on time and on budget
• Manage the quality of work and communication between techs and clients
• Ensure department achieves sales and production goals
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years Sales experience
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in the landscaping/green industry, including at least 1-year supervisory experience
• Technology, software, and computer literacy
• Outgoing, communicative, and proactive
• Organization skills to train, plan and direct
• Effectively communicate in English ---- Bi-Lingual a PLUS
• Mechanical abilities
