Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will assist the sales department by handling data entry and communication in and out of the department.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Primary focus will be on detail oriented data entry.

· Review, approve and process customer purchase orders.

· Participate in the preparation and presentation to customers or management of sales or technical reviews.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.

· Knowledge of and ability to use a computer/basic email functions and excel.

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· One year of experience required; candidates with a previous work history in a customer service role are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to work ten (10) hours a day.

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer.

· Ability to type at least 60 word per minute (WPM) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
