The Senior Account Manager is dynamic and entrepreneurial in nature, with an aptitude for high performance. Responsible for growing a strategic book of business, preventing account issues with a proactive approach, and establishing relationships within the organization. Is vital not only for the customer post-sale journey but also for the voice of the customer within our business. Responsible for proactively supporting the onboarding, engagement, and renewal phases of the customer lifecycle. Ensuring continued usage, growth, and satisfaction are key aspects of the AM role to promote stability in renewal leading indicators. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor of Macabacus for a portfolio of Enterprise customers.


What To Expect:

  • Interface with customers daily to facilitate product adoption, user engagement, and customer retention.
  • Owns the renewal process.
  • Effectively manage business reviews to multiple stakeholders.
  • Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with key accounts that have the potential to drive significant revenue.
  • Handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.
  • Responsible for proactively consolidating single-license accounts into multi-license accounts.
  • Identify and support sales expansion opportunities within the existing customer base while determining future licensing requirements in partnership with the customer.
  • Support customer education and training, responding promptly to customers’ product training requests.
  • Support live demos and webinar-style training sessions.
  • Be a product expert.
  • As a Senior member of the team, support the onboarding and ramping of new team members.


Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Mastery of core sales skills (pipeline development, active listening, value matching, negotiation, objection handling)
  • Possess executive maturity, presence, and experience in building trust with senior decision-makers
  • Lead the process of structuring deals and define the negotiation strategies for the customer account
  • Accurate forecasting skills
  • A finance background and/or Excel expertise are highly beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager and highly driven
