Licensed Medicare Sales Executive - Remote - FL Only
WFH - Must live in Florida
$18 plus uncapped commissions, and unlimited overtime, Full-Time, NOT Seasonal

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Medicare sales and has an ACTIVE Life & Health Insurance license
- 1 year of experience in AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs
- High level of motivation and drive to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and regulations is a plus
- Flexibility with the hours worked (weekends and nights may be included)
Benefits and Perks:
- Set base pay ($18) with uncapped commissions, overtime (time and a half) and bonuses
- Top 10% can make over $100,000. And average earners are anywhere from $60-80k
- 401k Matching up to 3% after two months

Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective Medicare beneficiaries and guide them through the enrollment process
- Educate and advise individuals on various Medicare plans and coverage options
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' healthcare needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry regulations
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
