Company Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be able to proactively explore outbound leads and recognize our target and close deals
• Be able to proactively feed inbound leads and close deals
• Be able to recognize clients’ needs and reinforce the collaboration
• Sensitive to the industry and market trends and feedbacks from clients to continuously develop and polish our model
• Utilize Hubspot and Salesforce to meticulously manage accounts, pipelines, and opportunities.
• Analyze leads data and market data to support business decision making
• Develop business relationships with customers to sell Unified Care program.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Maintain effective communication cross teams to ensure smooth on-boarding transition for customers.
• Manage timely data collection to update clinic information, maintain Clinic Mastersheet
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
• Great alignment with company business strategy

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Friendly and personable demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SalesForce, Hubspot and relevant software.
• Bilingual is a plus, especially Mandarin, Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required
