Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our dynamic team at Keller Williams Buckhead, a leading real estate brokerage firm in the Buckhead area. The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving the overall sales performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. This position requires a proven track record of success in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including market analysis, target setting, and tactical planning, to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of real estate agents and support staff to maximize their potential, productivity, and performance. Provide ongoing training and professional development to ensure the team stays ahead in industry trends and best practices.

3. Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to measure the team's performance, identify areas of improvement, and take proactive steps to address challenges. Create and maintain a high-performance culture that motivates and empowers team members to meet and exceed sales goals.

4. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams. Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

5. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with other departments within the organization, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and maintain efficient processes.

6. Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry in the Buckhead area. Utilize this knowledge to guide the team and adapt strategies accordingly.

7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and pipeline status for presentation to the executive leadership team. Use data-driven insights to drive decisions and identify areas for improvement.

8. Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, ensure prudent allocation of resources, and maintain profitability targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Minimum of 5 years of proven success in real estate sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

3. Active real estate license in Georgia.

4. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

7. Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals.

8. Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.

9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Working Environment:

The Director of Sales will be based at the Keller Williams Buckhead office, leading a team of dedicated real estate professionals. This role may involve some travel within the Metro Atlanta area and occasional attendance at industry events or conferences.

Compensation: Full Commission from closings

Pay: $121,267.00 - $132,774.00 per year
