Job Description – Sales Director/Recruiter

SHIFT: 40+ hours per week; ability to work on weekends

Salary - $80,000 to $100,000 range

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a sales director/recruiting position. This is strictly a remote position. A candidate will help bring in new business/clients as well as assist as needed with recruiting responsibilities which may include finding multiple drivers/candidates per week. An ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)

•Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

•Assist recruiters with finding candidates and meeting weekly quotas

•Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends

•Create marketing templates and advertisements with the team

•Set sales targets and track progress towards achieving them

•Prepare sales reports and presentations for management

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) - Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, etc. - Preferred

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience working with third-party logistics company/companies.
• Must have working knowledge of companies within the transportation industry.

Computer Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

OTHER: Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
