Full description of the position

Reporting to the Manager of On Premise Analytics, your main responsibilities will include performing analyses and providing recommendations to support our On Premise Field Sales teams. You will also understand essential business issues, gather data, conduct analysis, and interpret data with concurrently developing and streamlining metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.

  • FIELD SALES ANALYSIS



    Analyze monthly data for the field sales to determine causes for increases and decreases in execution, distribution, and volume.

    Provide/present applicable recommendations to partners to increase business growth that is rooted in analysis.

    Work with key On Premise partners at different levels to understand important goals and analytical needs.

    Assist/lead necessary inputs into Customer Profitability Manager for the Headquarters and On Premise field teams

  • TRACKING AND REPORTING



    Establish best practice reporting for the regions that are in addition to the monthly reporting suite.

    Build monthly state of the business presentations for each region to keep leaders knowledgeable on business status versus annual plan.

    Produce the Field Sales Quarterly Reporting suite to help us guide insights and actions from data

    Create templates and executive summaries to track our core projects.

    Maintain reporting standards established by Santa Monica On Premise Analytics team, while providing feedback to apply insights and enhance tracking and reporting dashboards

    Provide training to end-users on use of reports

    Identify ways to simplify and improve reporting

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT



    Lead important projects as determined by the analytics manager that support business need.

    Identify projects to support all of the regions and implement accordingly

    Support annual POS planning and the monthly ordering process for regions. This will include supporting the regions in building the initial plan and adjustments as the year progresses.

EXPERIENCE

that matter most for this role:
  • 1+ years of analytical experience
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
  • Experience using data manipulation and wrangling tools to prepare messy, untidy or unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
  • Travel 0-10%
