B2B Scheduling Coordinator

We are adding skilled B2B Scheduling Coordinator to our national inbound team.

Our B2B Scheduling Coordinator respond to interactions from business, convert quote inquiries into schedule appointments, and provide follow-up via inbound calls and web-chats from businesses across the United States. This position is remote, however, the candidate must reside in the Texas/Arizona.

B2B Scheduling Coordinator Duties

• Schedule cleaning and restoration appointments for new and existing customers
• Educate new customers on services, options, and quote services when requested
• Ensure integrity of data and information
• Update information on accounts
• Perform other tasks related to resolving customer needs
• Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary
• Contact customers on accounts, including outbound customer contact when appropriate

B2B Scheduling Coordinator Experience

• Proficient with MS Office 365 and Outlook
• Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc…
• Web Chat or Live Chat
• Inside Sales and/or Request for Quotes
• Quoting and bidding software experience a strong plus (like Zingtree)
• Internet phone system or virtual based phone system (like Fuze or 8x8)
