What you'll be doing:

As the Sales Manager for our Nissan dealership, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the sales operations team within the store. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, direct, and coordinate the distribution and movement of vehicles and services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the management of the sales process, including appointments, negotiations, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining strong, positive relationships with all customers, internal staff, and external vendors. You will be partnering with the dealership's managers and general manager to establish sales and income related forecasts and meet/exceed those forecasts.
