YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION:

• You will scout local neighborhoods looking for homes with roofs that need obvious attention either now or soon. You will introduce yourself to homeowners, explain what issues you think they might have based on your initial glance over and offer a full and thorough roof and attic inspection at no cost to them. Upon completion of inspection you will do a full presentation of any and all issues you have found and assist them with the best solution regarding their roof as well as their finances. Depending on each individual homeowner’s situation that may be helping them file an insurance claim, financing with one of our lenders or taking payment in the form of credit card , bank wire, or cash.
• In between the initial meeting with the homeowner and the final contract you will be responsible for utilizing the software on your iphone and ipad to continuously keep track, maintain and follow up on each and every potential lead from first contact to close. You will be responsible for daily follow up with homeowners, your sales manager and production as needed. You will keep your Sales Manager updated on the status of each lead and deal and follow up with him/her daily.
• You will be responsible for maintaining your vehicle (monthly car wash included, required once a week), equipment and uniform as to always look professional and represent South Shore Roofing to the highest standards.
