The OEM Sales Director is responsible for leading the sales team to meet and excel organization goals while working with the marketing team to promote the company’s brand. This position will also be responsible for developing new business and expanding sales territories within the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Coordinate with CWB global team to develop new accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through communication, quotes and terms negotiation, and customer service.
- After sales review and follow up.
- Develop a thorough understanding of CWB products, customers’ needs, and their competitive landscape. This includes understanding new product introductions, new features, and overall market trends.
- Work closely with CWB global teams, which includes sales, project and engineering team to understand CWB products are designs
- Work closely with manufacturing team to ensure production schedules are maintained and orders are fulfilled on time as scheduled.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor degree in engineering or similar discipline with a minimum of 10 years of related experience; Master degree in similar discipline with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
- Sustained successful demonstration of expertise, ability, and authority in performing in a business leadership role on a complex technical development.
- Demonstrated ability to meet constantly evolving sales project needs and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to maintain an objective perspective in assessment and communication of performance.
- Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to develop, motivate, coach, and maintain a high performing team.
- Effective communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation forms.
- Ability to adapt quickly under pressure; ability to multitask; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to learn new and adapting new technologies.
Experience:
- 10+ years sales experience in automotive/electronics or related field
- 7+ years in business development
- 5+ years in team lead/ team management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,526.00 - $100,383.00 per year
