Inside Sales Representative needed for our client located in Monticello, NY. Excellent salary ($78K-$93,600K) plus company benefits.

This is a permanent/direct hire with an annual salary between $78K-$93K. Seeking a qualified professional who meets all the requirements specifically having worked in the Kitchen & Bath Plumbing industry.

Monday-Friday day shift, full-time.

Duties:

• Interacting with customers at company location and over the phone.
• Process bids, orders, credits (including counter, delivery, special & drop ship orders).
• Sell and promote the items and products in stock.
• Successfully convert initial customer requests to stock brands.
• Providing product and technical information to customers in a timely manner.
• Determining customer requirements and expectations.
• Recommend specific product alternatives and solutions based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Monitor scheduled shipment dates from vendors to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
• Work effectively with other members of the sales team and company.
• Accurately follows procedures to ensure high quality output and takes action to correct quality problems.
• Assist in maintaining inventory control and monitor flow of materials
• Continually educate yourself on products with its technicalities and features.
