Position: Sales and Marketing Director

We seek a Sales and Marketing Director to assist Marketing and Admissions Coordinators with screening referrals for Bella Vista of Eden and Lakeshore Manor, Eden Senior Care Network members, a portfolio of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in the Midwestern United States. Eden is committed to transforming healthcare delivery as a market-leading provider of post-acute care and senior living.

Assisted Living Sales and Marketing experience is a must! Individuals without this experience will not be contacted.

• Our Admissions Team Staff establish a presence by representing our facilities to all area hospital discharge planning teams to screen, evaluate, and recommend patients for our Assisted living facilities.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Provide insights to Executive Management about appropriate strategies to grow the Census, including introducing Care Specialties, Operational Changes, etc.
• Directs all daily operations, including providing direct oversight of establishing and implementing referral initiatives.
• Overall admission process oversight
• Admissions team management
• Census calls and conversion management
• New hire interviewing and training
• Admission software, systems know-how, management, and training
• Back-up coverage models
• Financial verification management
• Insurance information, process, authorization, and portal management and training
• The transition of care communication
• CRM oversight, management, and training.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Assisted Living industry
• Experience with PCC/CRM
• Sales team management
• Insurance/case management experience
• Self-starter, self-driven, ambitious, and up to the task of reputation re-positioning.
• Ability to work independently to evaluate new market opportunities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with senior leadership, clinicians, and executive management regarding business opportunities.
• Demonstrated understanding of current healthcare industry trends.
