Job Summary:

Top Lawn Pros, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to provide support to customers by answering phone calls and emails and provide information about products and services. Additionally, the candidate will need to make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Some Saturdays as needed.
• No nights or weekends required.
• This is a full-time position with benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and provide information about products and services, including pricing and schedule availability.
• Provide information about products and services including pricing, shipping, and returns.
• Develop relationships with customers to help promote sales of product or service.
• Prepare quotes for new orders or follow up on current orders.
• Receive orders for new products or services; prepare invoices for new orders; enter order details into computer system, and communicate with vendors or other departments to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Keep records of customer interactions, call center activities, call center success stories, problems, feedback, and other information that can help the company’s sales process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of CRM software (Service AutoPilot) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
