King Agency, a subsidiary of Energy Insurance Agency and AAA Club Alliance Inc., is seeking a Senior Account Manager of Employee Benefits to join our team in Holland, OH! In addition to providing customer service and support to our employee benefit clients, the Account Manager will be responsible for the day to day administration and operation of the different Third-Party Administration (TPA) services and managing the communication and delivery of compliance solutions for our clients.

We are looking for someone who will

• Provide in-house customer service to our employee benefit clients
• Oversee new client set-up, renewals and open enrollment
• Assist in marketing new and renewal business.
• Check new and renewal policies for accuracy.
• Coordinate agency compliance with HIPPA high tech
• Act as a backup for our Sales Executives with clients and carriers as needed
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with each insurance carrier to satisfy our clients’ needs and facilitate the processing of business.
• Maintain electronic files and daily correspondence in our agency management system (Zywave)
• Perform special projects as needed

Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the HR field, employee benefits, group benefits, or other related fields
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Strong technical aptitude and experience with MS Office products
• An active Life and Health license, or the ability to obtain one
• The ability to work In a fast-pace environment with multiple interruptions throughout your day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
