We are currently expanding and looking to fill open positions in our Business Development Center. Pay is hourly plus commission & bonuses. Must be money motivated, have great customer service qualities, write professional emails, computer & typing skills, be friendly on the phone and possess excellent sales skills. Must work on Sundays.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

Responsibilities and Duties

Main job duty is to contact potential customers for Honda, Volkswagen, Nissan, Mazda & Hyundai. You will be contacting customer by phone, email, text and scheduling appointments. You will then hand off the customer to a Floor Salesperson when they arrive for their appointment.

Qualifications and Skills

Detailed skills we are looking for:

- Ability to build a friendly relationship and talk people into visiting one of our dealerships.

- Time management skills. Ability to handle multiple things at the same time in a fast paced environment.

- Write professional, custom emails without the need to solely rely on templates.

- Computer & typing skills.

- Ability to network with salespeople and follow up with customers.

- Outgoing personality.

- Focused on work and not socializing.
