We are hiring for a Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Salesperson to join our team!
This position will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work. Compensation will include a base salary, commission based on contract revenue, performance-based bonus.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Salesperson
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. Hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality.
Pay Rate: $40,000 - $55,000 Base & Commission + Benefits. Target earning $100K +
What you will be doing:
- Cold calling a defined list of business owners, facility managers and property mangers to set a meeting to learn about their business and share how a preventative maintenance program can save them money in the long term.
- After the meeting with the prospect, this candidate will generate a list of equipment to be serviced
- Price service agreement according to customers needs and equipment
- Closing the sales
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales success, and/or college degree in business
- HVAC Commercial Sales Experience desired
- Experience developing leads and new business
- Experience delivering professional sales proposals
- Basic finance, accounting, and technical knowledge
- Proficient in PC based computer systems and software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time and activity management skills
- Team player who works and communicates well with people at all levels
- Professional appearance
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities/projects simultaneously
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk / navigate construction sites, buildings, climb ladders, traverse roofs
- College degree in business desired
