Position Details

Appliance Specialists work inside our retail showroom in a high-integrity, relational sales environment. Our product assortment is very broad, from washers and dryers to premium luxury appliances. Most of our customers purchase multiple items, often times with custom installation services. Attention to detail and follow up skills are critically important in this position.

Compensation and Training Pay

Appliance Specialists are commissioned salespeople and earn well above the industry average. There is an initial 4-week period with training pay. This helps cover the ramp-up period while learning and building a pipeline of sales.

Details of the commission plan will be thoroughly explained during the interview process. In total, an Appliance Specialist should earn $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Position Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background screening
• 2 years of sales experience
• A positive, energetic attitude
• Attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Time management skills
