Job Description

As an industrial hose sales specialist, your primary role will be to sell and promote industrial hose products/services to businesses and clients that require them for their operations and to coach our franchisees and their employees in the same functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing: You will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling industrial hose/services to clients by identifying potential clients, generating leads, following up with prospects, negotiating deals, and coaching our franchisees/employees to do the same.
• Customer Relationship Management: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing technical support and coaching our franchisees/employees to do the same.
• Product Knowledge: You must have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of industrial hose/services including materials, applications, and properties. You should be able to provide technical guidance and support to clients to ensure they purchase the right products for their needs.
• Industry Knowledge: You should keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Sales Reporting: You will be required to provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline management, and customer interactions to your supervisor.
• Travel: you may be required to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and other industry events.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or technical support in the industrial hose industry is required. Sales coaching experience required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and have good organizational and time management skills.
• Certifications: Industry certifications or licenses are a bonus.
