About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to be responsible for a portfolio of business, ensuring client success and satisfaction, retention of relationship and growth of Health Services Financing program within the Provider organization. The portfolio to be managed has an annual volume goal and activity expectations dependent upon size and profitability.
Essential Functions
Proactively manage a portfolio of complex accounts, typically medium to large size healthcare providers
Identify and implement best practices to support client objectives and achieve funding goals
Provide ongoing client training and product navigation assistance
Communicate across external clients and internal teams to ensure awareness of client activities
Facilitate client business reviews to evaluate operational success of the program and identify improvement opportunities
Manage pricing and contract negotiations, including: pricing, terms, concessions, and rates when necessary
Communicate marketing strategies and new product enhancements
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycles; industry trends, challenges, and objectives
Intermediate project management skills
Motivated a and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned
with our culture and Core ValuesIntermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
6+ years business to business (B2B) experience required
3+ years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle industry or experience in the areas of account management, sales marketing and accounting required
Software sales and client training experience preferred
