Business Development Manager: Busy orthopedic office has a full-time opening for a Business Development Manager.

Job Purpose: Promote clinic and services by identifying, developing, and managing business relationships.

Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Business-to-Business Marketing including email outreach, cold calls, meeting coordination, and face-to-face marketing to promote clinic and physician services to referral sources including attorneys, doctors, etc.
• Travel up and down the Central Coast including (but not limited to) San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Los Angeles, and Bakersfield to meet with longstanding and new referral sources.
• Cultivate relationships with new clients and maintain relationships with current clients by satisfying client needs and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
• Manage community and patient relations by proactively dealing with inquiries and complaints, ensuring effective communication and feedback with the appropriate teams.
• Monitor and manage company’s social media accounts and review platforms in order to grow a favorable online presence
• Develop and maintain social media, website, and marketing content
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration tasks as assigned
• Coordinate marketing and trade show events and materials

Skills and Qualifications:

Applicant must be outgoing, a self-starter, and personable with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail. The applicant must also have reliable transportation as well as a willingness to learn.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
