Now Hiring - National Sales Representative in Johnson City, TN

We are one of the largest hot tub manufacturer in the United States, with 70+ Aqua Living retail locations selling manufacturer-direct across the country. The company is looking for an experienced salesperson to work primarily alongside the company’s management team, sales and service departments to support growth initiatives.

You will be joining a new department that has quickly generated millions of dollars of revenue in a short time frame with endless growth opportunities. We are seeking a candidate who has experience presenting and promoting products to a wide array of clients and customers and can interact effectively with people at all levels in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary starts at $40,000 plus commission. Expected total compensation range is within $80,000 to $120,000. Our top performing representatives average well over $150,000. If you make any less than $80,000, which is hard to do, then you'll probably end up back on here.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with clients face-to-face and through multiple media outlets to generate revenue.
• Maintaining a strong work etiquette while calling clients to help build orders throughout the day.
• Strong proficiency in cross-selling and up-selling customers.
• Creating new strategies to penetrate a fast growing market to help company growth.
• Using Salesforce to create orders and manage multiple accounts daily.
• Providing customers financial solutions through our multiple finance options.
• Maintaining a strong product and software knowledge through continuous training.
• Building strong work relationships throughout the company.
• Periodically Traveling to one of our over 70 locations to help assist and manage day-to-day operations.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
