SJ Fence Supply is seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Manager to join our team. As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with fence companies and landscapers, and promoting our products and services to them.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase the customer base of SJ Fence Supply
• Identify and target potential customers in the fence and landscaping industries
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships
• Promote SJ Fence Supply's products and services to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the fence or landscaping industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software

Compensation:

This position offers a purely 1099 commission-based compensation plan. The Outside Sales Manager will receive 4% commission for the first year of sales from each new company they recruit, and 2% of recurring revenue every year thereafter.

If you bring on 6 new companies that each order $500k worth of materials you would earn $120,000 the first year and every year after if they continue to order $500k in materials as long as you are with the company.

One key difference with our company is we actively work on ways to help our contractors allowing them to grow their company which increases their sales and your commissions.
