proof. Pest Control is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated outside sales representative to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be generating new business for our termite and exclusion services for both commercial and residential clients while also maintaining relationships with existing customers. At least 50% of the leads will be provided from paid searches. You will be required to identify sales opportunities, meet sales targets, and work collaboratively with our team to provide excellent customer service. We will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed, including training and the ability to finance customer services.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business for our termite and exclusion services for both commercial and residential clients through various sales methods, including networking events, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets monthly and quarterly for termite and exclusion services.
• Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties and recommend appropriate treatments based on their specific needs for termite and exclusion work.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty for termite and exclusion services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of termite and exclusion services to customers.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to promote the company and its termite and exclusion services.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the pest control or related industry with a focus on termite and exclusion work
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets for termite and exclusion services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred

Compensation:

• Guaranteed monthly salary of $3,000, plus commission on termite and exclusion sales
