Outbound Sales Representative

THIS ROLE REQUIRES DAILY TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE FINGER LAKES.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales visits to potential customers in the designated market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote business development.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
