About us

We are a family owned business since the 1940's. Our company has evolved to become northeast Pennsylvania's premier go-to supplier for office furniture solutions. We are a full service firm, specializing in office space planning, interior design and project management. We are proud to be your Haworth dealer since 1985.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize account growth.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our technology solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized sales proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Experience:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the technology industry or related field.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or solutions to potential clients.
- Experience with account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
