Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Jantek is a designer, manufacturer and installer of the highest rated energy saving replacement windows and patio doors in the industry. We are a regional company and focus on the New Jersey, South Eastern Pa. area.

The Customer Service Associate, as a member of the Consumer Direct Operations team that is tasked with managing the consumer journey from prospect to customer. You will be working in a fast paced results focused environment as liaison between the company and the consumer and internal department to ensure customer satisfaction in that we impress prospective customers and deliver our products and services to our customers in a manner that exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to prospects and customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from prospects and customers as well as show room walk-ins.
- Assist prospects and customers with product information, price estimates, and order status inquiries

- Schedule Job Confirmation, Installation and Service appointments

- Process customer orders, service and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer accounts by updating contact information and order details
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
