Leasing Director Job Description:

• Must be knowledgeable of current rental rates, sizes, locations, and amenities of the portfolio
• Answer incoming calls and work with the caller to help with their needs
• Schedule and complete tours of apartment homes with prospective residents
• Complete lease forms for new and current residents
• Develop full knowledge of application information required and screening processes
• Efficient and timely processing of applications, reports, and related information
• Responsible for reporting market trends and/or pricing recommendations for the portfolio
• Must be courteous and professional in the handling of resident requests and/or complaints
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times
• Manages all lead and application activity in the CRM queue ensuring leads move through the leasing process
• Manages the application process focusing on resident satisfaction and lease conversion rates
• Drives all leasing activity and productivity
• Focuses on meeting KPIs relating to occupancy, renewals, new leases, and minimizing vacancy periods
• Monitors current and upcoming availability
• Assists and directs the team with leasing activities
• Trains and mentors leasing team members
• Responsible for overseeing staffing coverage and management of overtime
• Leads daily meetings with leasing team to provide updates and communicate changes
• Responsible for responding to leasing inquiries from prospective tenants in a timely manner
• Creates lease offers, executes, and explains leases and related documents to future residents and current residents for renewal
• Handle the renewal process from start to finish by contacting residents and receiving answers within the required timeframe
• Responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Assistant Manager with any other miscellaneous tasks needed

If You Have…

• A passion for building and supporting our vision of community
• Sales and marketing experience to include sales training and goal setting, market analysis, market plan creation and implementation
• Ideally 2+ years of leasing and management skills
• Yardi/CRM experience is preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
