Alaant Workforce Solutions has an exciting full-time sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential!! Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join a growing team providing residential construction & remodeling services to homeowners in the Redford, MI and the surrounding areas!
You’re a great fit for this position if you’re highly motivated, have experience selling to homeowners, and are comfortable working in a fast paced sales environment!

Hours and Benefits for the Sales Executive:

• 100% Commission Based Sales Opportunity! Earning potential is uncapped!
• Flexible Work Environment comprised of in-office and field sales activities!

Responsibilities for the Sales Executive:

• Follow up on company provided leads with urgency.
• Meet with homeowners to conduct a fee in-home estimate & demonstration
• Qualify & close opportunities based on the company sales process.
• Participate in on-going product and sales trainings provided by the company and key partners!

Requirements for the Account Manager:

• High school diploma or higher.
• Relevant sales experience selling to homeowners is a plus!
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivation and drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet/exceed sales goals!
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time, climb ladders, and inspect small spaces.
