Lexus is looking for a team member that can continually demonstrate professional and inter-personal skills with customers, vendors and co-workers which ultimately results in high customer satisfaction that can produce an environment of support and achieving goals together as a team with the ability to maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere. Skills to problem solve in complex, real world or ill-defined situations and strong organizational, communication, and customer care skills. Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Perform a daily customer follow up with our guests .
• Transfer incoming advisor phone calls to the advisor
• Schedule appointments for customers with Special order parts.
• Reach out to customers that are currently due for maintenance to schedule a service appointment
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and pose.
• Answer online chat communications
Greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Records payment on cashier log sheet.
• Perform morning edit to reconcile previous day’s paperwork.
• Close out all RO (repair orders), parts tickets at the end of each night to balance with closing paperwork.
• Refer customers who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance or repairs, etc to service advisors, or other appropriate individuals.
• Provide clerical and secretarial assistance to parts and service departments.
• Maintain a professional appearance. (White shirts, dark pants and closed toed shoes.)
• Keep work area neat and clean.
