Our company manages residential rental units, as well as several commercial and retail buildings in Western Pennsylvania. Our properties are located throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area near universities, hospitals, and many shopping districts. We are looking for a leasing/property manager for our 120+ market-rate apartments in Brentwood/Baldwin and surrounding neighborhoods.

This position assists Property Manager in managing all aspects of the property including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, reputation management, implement social media campaign, advertising, and provide excellent customer service.
Essential Functions:
· Facilitate all aspects of apartment leasing: touring with prospective residents, processing applications, and negotiating lease renewals.
· Monitor collections and enforce the collection policy and initiate legal action when required.
· Be the positive and friendly person you are
· Provide exceptional customer service, respond timely to resident issues and complaints, and promote positive resident relations.
· Under the supervision of the Property Manager, assist in all facets of physical and financial Management as needed and assigned.
· Act as Property Manager in absence of the Manager.
· Manage community culture and implement social media advertising campaign.
Must Haves:
· High School Diploma or GED, Bachelors Degree is preferred
· Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in property management or similar work
· Strong ability to use the computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photo programs and Craigslist.
Weekly Schedule:
We work all weekdays except for Friday, and we have limited day on Saturday.
Bonus:
We offer a bonus for leasing and occupancy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
