POSITION OVERVIEW:


Do you have what it takes to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment? Do you have five years’ experience in the automotive imports field? If so, the rewards can be outstanding! Our dealership is currently seeking highly motivated, results-driven internet sales director for new and used vehicles. In this position, you will help to develop, implement and administer our internet team, CRM/XRM, online chats and lead process, while responding to sales leads and information requests generated online and assist team/customers at the dealership. Reports directly to the General Manager. Salary range directly related to performance, $8,000-10,000 plus bonus.

Responsibilities and Requirements


  • Monitor and respond to all Internet leads from all sources
  • Develop client prospecting file upon lead receipt
  • Quote pricing, rates and inventory availability
  • Lead team and coach to continually improve internet closing ratio (20% or higher required)
  • Meet and greet prospects (by appointment)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Receive credit applications (manually and online)
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications
  • Understand and implement dealership sales processes
  • Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Manager photo booth for digital photos for posting on website
  • Admin Client Relationship Management (CRM/XRM) software
  • Admin Chat lead sources

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Must possess a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in typing a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.
  • Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely
  • Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing
  • Frequent – Repetitive motion
  • Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting (~50-75 lbs.)

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:


  • This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to: temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership
