If you are interested in the opportunity to work for a growing company that is family owned and locally respected, All Day Plumbing & Heating Corp. is seeking an Inside & Outside Sales Representative in HVAC & Plumbing who will contribute to the success of our team.

We are a private licensed & insured plumbing company that has been servicing NYC and Long Island for 20+ years. We have contracts that make us the leading installers of plumbing and HVAC across the 5 boroughs and all of Long Island.

The perfect candidate for the inside + outside sales representative is someone who has experience making sales in-person, virtually and via telephone. Primarily responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by assisting customers with selling water heaters, boilers, HVAC work, and more services. This position requires excellent sales and communication skills, attention to detail, exceptional customer service abilities, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes to give in-person estimates
• Make outbound calls to our current clients. No Cold Calls!!! These are leads generated through the company's contract website, referrals, Google, Yelp, and inbound calls.
• Input and maintain accurate data in our system portals.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Manage pipeline of leads through follow-ups and referrals.
• Use Speed To Lead technique to respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for pricing and quotations, scheduling deliveries and installations, addressing complaints, and providing customer follow up.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a confident, sales and customer service minded candidate
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a call center environment.
• Experience successfully hitting a monthly quota.
• High school diploma or GED. Associate degree, preferred.
• Outside sales, Inside sales, pricing/quotations, and customer service experience specific to plumbing/HVAC
• Basic use of a computer and other workplace electronic devices.
