Job Responsibilities:

• Set appointments for prospective clients to meet with a member of the sales team.
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Enter customer information into the dealerships CRM database.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection by being the product expert.

• Set maintenance appointments for prospective clients.
• Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
• Generate appointments by making proactive outbound phone calls and proper follow up with customers.
• Generate daily reports.

Requirements:

• Good attitude.
• Bilingual “must speak Spanish”.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Microsoft excel.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

A background in Sales BDC is a huge plus.
