This position is located in Medway, MA, work at home options available

Office hours Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30, located in Medway, MA

My agency provides personal and commercial P&C insurance as well as powerful financial strategy products such as life insurance and annuities.

The perfect applicant is someone with CSR experience in the insurance business and is attracted to a work situation that is independent work with schedule flexibility and reduced hours. I can consider full time or part time applicants. There is opportunity for additional income by recruiting clients to my agency. Licensed service reps can earn significant commissions and bonuses by bringing in new business, but it is not required. There is opportunity for growth into a sales position if that is of interest.

We will discuss your interests and strengths. First and foremost, I need someone that can take on the service role and be great at it.

• A master at multi-tasking
• Computer competency
• Friendly - and a pleasure to interact with
• You are the face of my agency and my clients must know that they can count on you to do right by them. You must be able to work with and learn complex products and multiple software platforms.
• You must have an insurance background. At least 1-year (preferred). The learning curve is too steep without it. You will be trained, but I need someone who can hit the ground running and be up to speed quickly.
• Experience with commercial lines a plus

Responsibilities:

• Customer sales and service of insurance policies
• Ability to resolve client issues and overcome objections
• Review and recommend insurance coverages

• Part-time employees have flexibility on hours worked and will be paid an hourly rate.
