Job description

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at an apartment community located in Greenville, TX!

Looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, organized, and able to work with the team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Collect, deposit and post rental and other income
• Market the community and perform leasing activities as needed
• Supervise and motivate the property staff

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in the property management industry (2 years minimum), preferably as Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• HS Diploma - Bachelor's Degree a plus.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
