Hunting Creek Country Club is pleased to announce we are looking to for a Catering Manager/Admin Assistant to join our growing team.

• Negotiates catering services, plans and details all banquet events and provides the Food and Beverage service team with detailed information before and after each event.
• Creates all Banquet Event Orders, contracts and estimate of charges. Handles general calls, emails, inquiries, and follow up with clients regarding final guarantees, room set up, audio-visual needs, timeline, menu, guest lists and coordination of vendors.
• Ensures proper management of all catered events, including, but not limited to: basic set up, table placement, buffet design, bar location, sales, marketing, planning, merchandising, servicing, and corresponding administrative procedures.
• Prepares, implements, and compiles data for various reports such as Weekly Catering Revenue Forecasts, and other reports as directed.
• Oversees all administrative aspects of preparing and serving events.
• Develops and maintains vendor profiles to include: audio visual, floral, equipment rental and photographers.
• Ensures accurate and timely invoicing for all services rendered, to include recording events in the POS system.
• Responsible for several duties pertaining to the daily operational functions at the Club and providing assistance to the senior staff at the Club.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Restaurant experience: Will train.

• Serv Safe Certified preferred.
• Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate.
