Caretta of Holmen, WI, is a BRAND NEW assisted living community in need of a Director of Sales!


Director of Sales Job Details:

  • Hours – Full-time
  • Location – Holmen, WI - Caretta Senior Living

Director of Sales Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceeds occupancy goals
  • Conduct community tours with prospective residents, families, referral sources and visitors and is able to explain differentiated place in the market, community services and pricing
  • Ability to handle the sales process from inquiry through move-in
  • Meet with key referral sources to develop referral relationships
  • Promote and participate in lead generating events for the public and referral sources
  • Maintain active membership in organizations that generate networking opportunities

Director of Sales Qualifications:

  • Proven closing skills
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to self-start and follow through on initiatives with minimal amount of supervision
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
