Riekes Equipment, an industry leader in material handling equipment and warehouse solutions, continues to expand to meet the needs of our customers. Our growth creates your opportunity as we recruit a full-time Parts Advisor to help manage parts sales and parts operations. Parts Advisor Duties:

· Provide outstanding customer service, solving customer’s parts needs. Assists external and internal customers by identifying and obtaining correct parts. Proactively communicates with customers providing accurate price and delivery time estimates.

· Plan an active role in managing our parts inventories. Source, order, price, invoice and return parts. Work with the Omaha Parts team to maintain appropriate stock inventories. Receive and ship parts.

· Drive parts profitability. Analyze parts revenue and costs to increase profitability. Ensure delivery expense recovery. Develop new customer base and grow existing customer sales.

Parts Advisor Requirements:

· Three years of parts sales experience is required.

· Knowledge and understanding of various types of systems and components, such as hydraulics, mechanical, pneumatic, power train, electronic, air and fuel systems, electric, etc.

· Strong organization, problem solving, decision making, follow-up, and time management skills.

· Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Computer competent is a must, including Microsoft Office suite.

· Pass drug screen, background check, and have valid driver’s license.

A Parts Advisor salary is dependent upon experience, but includes excellent health, dental, retirement, and paid time off benefits as well as use of a company laptop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
